) I predicted the economics of surfers that Surfline touched onSurfline did a survey and you saw the results just as I predicted which correlate to what I am going to say now. That the top 1/3 class/rich people will pay for a travel surfing vacation. They will NOT surf SoCal and hold out for that vacation easily making up for a whole year of SoCal surfing on the first day of vacation. So once again as THEY brag about how great it is, we all have to put up with this inferior garbage surf that might as well be made in China.The good news is that the bottom 1/3 dropped out and no longer surf, they can't afford it. It helps to keep the crowd down but obviously surfing is still overcrowded. We should have all had a Santa MOnica skatepark in our OWN town, but no we get fantasy over reality again. We get hype times 100 everywhere you look, not just surfing. They jacked the price of land up to keep competition out to then jack the price up of everything without fear of competition. Now THEY lower YOUR residential home price only. Instead of figuring a way to stimulate "competition" and make it easy for "competition" now we're going to figure a way to get the government to pay for healthcare. Funny, they first tried to pay "doctors" $15/hr ie. a 95% discount when all I'm asking for is a 60% discount. Your not trying to make it fail are you Mr. President?
