It's no coincidence that in the top surfing industry SoCal has surf that is worse shape than years ago, let alone, worse shape than anywhere else in the world, let alone, rarely any surf, let alone, not enough surf for the crowds because God does not like the con-job this place really is. When the surf was good decades ago, I did the 180 slashback but it sucks because you stall too when the surf really is good. But now that the surf is weak the 180 slashback is a "great" trick among many other quack tricks. Children at the new skateparks are out ripping you and skateboarding transitions blows away surfing SoCal. (yah, you can't compare cuz surfing sucks so bad) Even the fat chicks in Sumbawa are out ripping you here in SoCal. Freedom?
